Our Gala Needs Your Help
We have reached an important point in our gala preparations—and we still need more hands, more auction items, and more gift-card support.
Our volunteer roster is still lighter than it needs to be, and donated silent-auction items and gift cards are well below what is needed to build the successful fundraiser our mission depends upon.
We are asking every friend of the Spokane Fantasy Flight to choose one way to help: volunteer for a shift, donate something our guests will be excited to bid on, contribute toward gift cards, or share these opportunities with someone who can.
Every shift filled and every donation received helps make the December magic possible.
The glitter is easy to love. The behind-the-scenes work is easier to overlook.
Before our elves can create an unforgettable day of Magic, Joy, and Belief for local children, our community must first come together to raise the money that makes the experience possible.
That takes willing hands to load trucks, move auction items, set tables, welcome guests, support the event, solve last-minute problems, and pack everything away when the celebration is over.
It also takes a compelling auction filled with donated experiences, services, merchandise, and gift cards that inspire our guests to raise their paddles and give generously.
Our annual Auction & Gala is not separate from the mission.
It funds the mission.
Help Before, During, or After the Gala
You do not need a costume, special skills, or previous experience. You simply need to be willing to show up, lend a hand, and help us create an event capable of funding another year of wonder.

Help organize, load, transport, and transform an empty event space into our 30 Years of Wonder celebration.

Support event setup, guest activities, auction operations, and the many moving pieces that make the evening successful.

After the Gala
Help take everything down, load it up, and safely return our materials to the North Pole Annex.
These may not be the volunteer jobs that appear in the photographs—but they are the jobs that make the photographs possible.
